Joseph Donlon focuses his practice on Wills, Trusts, & Estates, with more than 15 years of advisory experience to clients in complex matters. His client base is wide-ranging, and he serves entrepreneurs and business leaders. Joe specializes in the development of Special Needs Trusts, and he works with small and mid-size business owners on succession planning including buy/sell agreements and intra-family transfers.

Licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, he received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the International Law Journal. A graduate of the Honors College at Adelphi University, he served as co-founder and editor-in-chief of Symposium, a student academic journal. In addition to his law licenses, Mr. Donlon has earned the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, a rare distinction amongst estate planning attorneys.
